Having first opened our haberdashery drawers back on Valentine’s Day 2011 it’s fair to say we’ve changed a lot in that time. However, what hasn’t changed is our unwavering commitment to using the best, locally sourced ingredients we can get our hands on. We’re proud to use flour milled in Fife, Scottish butter and local free-range eggs.
Another of our core beliefs is customer service, we strive to provide a comfortable, relaxing environment in which you’ll (hopefully!) never have to wait too long to be served. All of our FOH staff work very hard and we’re proud of the friendly atmosphere they help create in both of our shops.
Whilst we’re undoubtedly best known for our award winning cupcakes, we have more strings to our bow than just those crowd pleasing beauties. We keep things fresh with our weekly specials but also have delicious brownies and are regularly rotating in new produce all of which has been baked freshly in our Swanfield bakery by our talented team of scratch bakers.
Scottish Baker of the Year began in 2012 by the trade association Scottish Bakers. It rewards top quality baked goods made in Scotland by hard working bakers every single day.
Any Scottish bakers can put forward up to 10 of their star products to be judged and their customers can vote for them in the Customer Choice Awards.
